Meditation and Superfoods

When we to start to incorporate healthy food into our diet and start to move better with fitness training, we create a healthier mind and body. We can also create a healthier body and mind by paying attention to our thoughts and being aware of what reactions in our life are happening from our actions. Meditation brings a deeper awareness and creates health and happiness and an overall improved quality of our life.
Eating amazing foods and superfoods improves our body. Meditation improves our mental health and overall happiness. When we have clearer thinking and more happiness we start to enjoy our life more and this makes it easier to cultivate better and healthier choices of what to eat and how to exercise our body and mind.
When we boost our immune system with meditation we are less likely to get run down or create disease in the body. Through the long lasting effects of meditation, our disease fighting genes are turned on and we have quicker recovery and healing. When we start to gain an improved overall health from eating superfoods and meditation we notice the external benefits as well. We literally become beautiful from the inside out, our skin starts to glow and look fresh, our nails and hair will grow healthy and strong and our eyes will start to shine.
After gaining peace of mind and clarity in our thoughts from meditation and a stronger body from eating great foods, we start to gain a better quality of life and this leads to a more beautiful presence and physical changes in our body. Including healthy habits in our life creates long lasting effect and keeps us focused on moving forward with our dreams and goals, stronger, wiser and faster than before.
A great way to feel the benefits of meditation instantly is to start every day with an enjoyable practice. An hour is amazing, but if this is too much a half hour is perfect. Even if that is overwhelming for you, 5 minutes is great to start. From this, you can build to a comfortable time for you. There is no perfect time, just your perfect time, once you start your practise you will find the balance between pushing your limits to staying in meditation longer and having an enjoyable time, bringing more conscious awareness into your life. Becoming more aware of the thoughts that are constantly running through our head we make way for change. Starting every day with a beautiful meditation practise and sprinklings of healthy superfoods will change your life in magical ways. It may be small, however, those small changes will lead to new habits that change your life.
