When we feel down or overwhelmed by life we can simply breathe.

It’ll start to pull you out of the stress and into the present moment.

When we feel angry and agitated, breathe.

It’ll start to de-excite the nervous system and relax the mind and body.

When we are snapping at everyone, simply take a step back and breathe.

It will help you become less reactive and more responsive to the external circumstances.

When we are feeling a lack of joy, breathe.

We will be reminded of how special and magnificent each moment is.

When we are lacking energy, breathe.

By focusing on how we are breathing when exhausted, our breath starts to deepen and will bring more joy and energy into our body and help us start to feel uplifted.

When we feel anxious, stop and breathe.

This will allow the fear of the unknown to fall away and make way for a scene of confidence in moving forward.

When life is not enjoyable and when we’re forgetting our life’s purpose, breathe.

We will remember why we started.

If there is fear about someone or up-coming events or, how we felt about something that has already happened, breathe.

We can release the past and present and wake up to the only moment, the present moment.

When we feel scattered and unfocused on the many tasks of the day, breathe.

This will bring back our concentration and focus to stay present with each task and stop bouncing back and forth between them. Completing one task and moving onto the next.

When we breathe, we make the most of what is.

Now.

Your time is now.
