Meditation Will Change Your Life.

When we start to meditate we become more aware of ourselves and our surroundings. This new found awareness is the core of all the change that will start to take place.

Meditation helps with anything you want to create change in your life, as it is the focused energy on what you want to see happening in your life and releasing the wasted time spent focusing on what is holding you back. This helps us to learn to let go of what is holding us back and move forward and creating our life.

Meditation changes us on a genetic level which fosters the change and expansion we want. The deep relaxation experienced through meditation is what creates the change on a cellular level. The relaxation created from meditation allows the body to relax and the tension in the muscles to melt away and the niggling worries subside and eventually disappear.

Meditation also allows us to create more disease fighting genes and stronger immunity. This creates a very positive cycle as when we get stronger our body is less likely to break down and becomes stronger as a result of not having to use energy healing. It builds up the immune system even more and creates a healthy environment in the body.

We become less reactive to stressful situations, another positive cycle through which we become emotionally stronger. Knowing this too shall pass helps us to not get dragged down by difficult times, but uplifted knowing it will be a life lesson and the more open we are to learning the easier the process will be.

Creating a stronger mind and a stronger body along with a deeper awareness, we start to accept ourselves and current situations and this turns into a deep gratitude in our heart and opens us up to experience more love in our life. As our relationship with ourself improves from the new found acceptance from this growth, we can deepen our relationship with those around us and be open to forging new and great relationships in work and personal life.

Simply put meditation is raising the vibration of your body. In low vibration we are depressed and in healthy high vibration we are joyful and healthy creating balance in our life. Other ways to raise the vibration of our body include singing, dancing, yoga, setting intentions, watching the sunrise or sunset and swimming in the ocean.

Synchrodestiny is another greatness from meditation. With the deep awareness that we gain through meditation, we can start to see our life journey more clearly and use the power to create the life we wish to live. We are here to shine bright and let go of what is blocking that which is blocking us from love. Becoming aware through meditation, we see clearly what we love and follow that, our passion and share what we love with the world. When we are open we become in sync with what is happening around us and for us. Everything that is happening to us is either a lesson or a blessing. Relaxing into what is happening to us, as opposed to fighting it, we can easily learn the lesson with huge gratitude and we can be more accepting to all the amazing blessings we are receiving and share that love with the world. When life is going well be grateful and share the love, when life is difficult and we question how is this serving me? Or what is this teaching me? Meditation will allow you to live in the present moment and see clearly.
