Meditation creates space and time for ourself, we give so much of ourself to family, partners, friends, work and to our passions. When we stop and have a personal meditation practise, we are creating a deeper relationship with ourself and deepening the love and respect we have for ourself.

We become aware of our actions and reactions, learning to breathe smoothly and calmly, our thoughts become more clear and focused. The quieter we become the more we can hear. Listening to others more openly and compassionately and listening to our own intuition.

Meditation is a practise of sitting in silence and focusing on our breath, allowing the body to relax and the mind to become still and calm, raising the energy in our body. This simple practise restores our body back to its natural state of wellbeing. The science behind the health benefits of meditation has a lot to do with the reduction of stress on the body which will reduce inflammation. Inflammation is the cause of disease in the body, so we are healing the root cause of the problem and becoming aware of what we can change to improve our health or what we can release from our life.

With a regular practise of meditation, we start to change our brain and the way it functions. Resulting in improved ability to handle stress, finding happiness and raising the joy in our outlook on life.

Meditation creates balance, as our two brain hemispheres become balanced, our hormones become more balanced resulting in our emotions becoming more balanced and less reactive to daily stressors or upsets. Thereafter creating a more peaceful and calm perspective and awareness so we can stay focused on ourself and create the life we wish to live.

Dream believe achieve,

With love,

Caitlin
