HAPPINESS
Meditation improves our overall happiness. When we have clearer thinking we focus on improving our relationships and subconsciously moving towards whatever makes us happy.
MENTAL HEALTH
Anxiety is something that 1 in 5 people suffer from. Most of the time feeling anxious isn't as debilitating, but it can still affect your life. These circumstances are uncontrollable but when awareness deepens from our meditation practise all the energy is focused in the here and now, which is all we have. When in the present moment we can acknowledge it but not let it control us.
PREVENTION
The repercussions of meditation are endless due to positivity rolling into all avenues of our health. Our immune system is less likely to get run-down. Disease in the body will decrease, as stress and unhealthy choices are sometimes the cause. Through the long lasting effects of meditation our disease fighting genes are turned on and we have quicker recovery and healing.
ENERGY
When we focus on the present moment we have more energy for the task at hand. Stress is a huge drain on the body but when we heal from within we unlock things within ourselves which we didn't even know existed.
PHYSICAL CHANGES
All of the above can roll into physiological changes. We literally become beautiful from the inside out, our skin starts to glow and look fresh, our nails and hair will grow healthy and strong and our eyes will start to be brighter.
ACHEVEING YOUR DREAMS
Clarity of mind is the big one. You begin to acknowledge and establish your goals in the morning and subconsciously define what you are doing to achieve them. This doesn't even need to be considered or forced, it just naturally happens.
UNDERSTANDING NEGATIVE PEOPLE
Problems do not faze you anymore as you acknowledge the person that is causing you stress and begin to understand why they are making you feel this way and what is hurting them. You may not be able to help them and sometimes you shouldn't bother, but you can make sure that a bad situation doesn't ruin your day.
